You then decide that you are going to visualize your bank account with a certain sum. That’s okay in a way but you have in the back of your mind that your account needs more money. Catch-22! You sit back waiting for your checking account to grow. Catch-22! You are not taking any action. When it doesn’t, you get depressed, Catch-22, and you decide that the Law of Attraction is a bunch of bull. The Big Catch-22!
I do not mean to focus upon money but it is such an easy example to use. The same applies to every aspect of life and all of your emotions. Do not hold yourself in place by focusing upon your current situation. Walk, talk, think and plan with an attitude of already having. When you change your mindset, things will begin to change and the Catch-22s will begin to fade from your life.
I hope that you can see the Catch-22 in all of this. The moment you try to solve a problem you are sending out mixed messages. You are affirming you have the problem. You are focusing attention on the problem and giving it energy. You are keeping it alive because where your thoughts and emotions go,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so does the Law of Attraction. Your anger gives power to you idea of financial deficiency.
For those of you who are not familiar with Catch-22 it the title of a book by Joseph Heller. The notion is something like this. If you want to move to the U.S. you have to have a job. To have a job in the U.S. you must live here. That is the concept of Catch-22.
These are just some of the Catch-22’s. You must be ever vigilant about your thoughts and emotions. If your desire is money, tell the Universe you really like money and that you are thankful for the money in your life. Do not look down upon the lowly penny but rather give thanks for every penny you have or find. Gives thanks for every bill that you pay and be joyous that you are able to spread the wealth and share with others, even if they are the bill collectors. Focus upon the “have” and not the have not. Grandmother is a member of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers who represents a global alliance for healing Mother Earth and all living things. She is the keeper of the Salmon Blessing, and a protector of the river. While visiting, grandmother asked if I started gathering women. She had told me she had a vision of me before she met me on a TV screen gathering women, she wanted to know had I started?
On the way home, my son said “ You should support her work, she is a wise women and I think you should adopt Grandmother. His request surprised me, and I was intrigued, completely touched by his obvious caring for the planet and humanity. But adopt her? Never did I dream that this would be his last request. Nor did I see this would be his way of taking care of me.
I encourage you to gather under the moon. Share your stories, they are your gift. Stories create a shift, and this shift creates a healing. Healing spreads like wildfire igniting a passion to share the healing, and spread the wisdom. This ancient ritual works in all areas of our life. There is only one rule; every story of fear is replaced with love and compassion.
The candles were all most out; our stories had made many rounds. Sharing our elder’s wisdom and the stories of our present time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we agreed that everything is important now: every step, every action, and every prayer. Society is evolving, leading to a whole new paradigm, which ironically is returning to our ancestor’s wisdom. Being with the Grandmothers reminded me of my own Grandfather. Grandfather also used indigenous ways,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], through his faith. He was an extremely humble man who believed as we give, so shall we receive. Grandfather owned a small grocery store in the heart of Southern California. During the depression he gave large amounts of credits to many people. I only heard of these stories from those who stopped to thank him. I asked him once if they paid him back. He said “they did by their great loyal support after the depression was over”. I asked “but how did you pay for it all”? He said: “Where God is there is supply.” My grandfather was a very successful businessman, from always listening to the needs of others with the same priority as his own. His actions were like putting wood on the fire. By keeping people warm and fed, his business stayed lit.
Just remembering Grandfathers example showed me how our blueprint for business has reversed. Grandfather held so much faith that he could hold up and support a multitude. Today’s business plan looks more like a pyramid. The bottom ones lose from giving their money to the top, the middle struggles to try to reach the top, and the top get richer from being on top.

"I think it's been extremely, extremely successful considering that in under a year we've registered one million voters. So, you know, I think the success stands on its own legs," says Wrestler Maven Huffman.
He says the campaign began when fellow wrestler "The Rock" appeared at the last Republican National Convention.
"It began back in 2000 when the Rock did the Republican National Convention. He spoke at the Republican National Convention,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and it was extremely successful then, and it snowballed into what it is today,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he explains. "It snowballed into the WWE having a hands-on approach to getting the word out that the youth of today will be running the country tomorrow, so they might as well have their votes heard now."
Maven Huffman and fellow wrestlers Chris Nowinski and "The Hurricane" joined U.S. Congressmen Kendrick Meek of Florida and Tim Ryan of Ohio to talk about young people who want to register to vote, but can't. They're college students attending school away from their home district and local election officials are not allowing them to register as residents of their school's state. Congressman Meek said lawmakers are working with the WWE to educate college students about what's known as 'voter suppression,' so that they can fully exercise their voting rights.
"Well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we're meeting with the WWE wrestlers and also with our 30-something group that we have here in the Congress working against voter suppression, wanting to make sure that students know that they can register to vote where they go to school," says Congressman Meek. "If you live in Sioux City Iowa but if you go to school in Michigan, you can register to vote for the November election. So as student start to return [to school],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we want them to not only register for class, but register to vote, so that they can be near a polling place come November 2 so their voice can be heard."
Voters who will not be near their polling places on November 2 may cast absentee ballots in their home districts. But many students say they're on campus most of the year, not at home�� and they want their votes to reflect their day to day concerns.
This emphasis on the voting rights of college students comes in response to several cases of alleged voting suppression. In Williamsburg, Virginia, students at the College of William and Mary who were not allowed to register as state residents appealed to higher courts and won.
However, Williamsburg registrar David Andrews sees the issue differently than the students. He points to a Virginia law,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which says that college students hold the same status as any temporary resident, so they are not being discriminated against or disenfranchised.
"It was following the constitution of Virginia and the code of Virginia, which requires that all applicants to apply to register to vote both have to have domicile and residence in the locality which they wish to register," says Mr. Andrews. "In Williamsburg, the students who were saying they were being discriminated against are having to follow the same procedure as anybody who provides a temporary address - doesn't make any difference whether it's a hotel address, a campground, a college dormitory a military base,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they're requested to provide additional information to make sure they're actually domiciled."
However the statute is interpreted, World Wrestling Entertainment continues to champion young voters. Kendrick Meek says, although the wrestlers attract more attention than Congressmen do,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he and his fellow lawmakers are still able to back the WWE up and play a role in defending their youngest constituents.
"All we can do is try to get the information out when we can,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," adds Mr. Meek. "But,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as elected leaders,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it's up to us to be able to point out inequities in the process. And one of them is the fact that many supervisors are not aware of the fact that these young people can register to vote." Normally on the road 260 days a year, the wrestlers of the "Smackdown the Vote" tour are stepping up efforts as the presidential election draws closer, and will be appearing in communities all across the country, talking to young citizens about registering to vote.
